When the System Erased Me, I Chose to Write Myself Back Into Existence
Writing saved my life. Not metaphorically—literally. When the criminal justice system erased me, took my daughter, and left me with nothing but a permanent label, I picked up a pen. Writing became my resistance, my refusal to be silenced, and my way of transforming pain into testimony. This book is where that passion lives: raw, unflinching, and unafraid to challenge everything you thought you knew about justice.

Mission Statement
To give voice to the voiceless and expose how permanent punishment destroys lives in the name of justice. I’m writing to demand truth, challenge the narratives that define people by labels, and show that redemption is possible—even when the system insists it isn’t.
Waiting In Exile
Debut Book of Gregory Paul
“Waiting In Exile” is a powerful memoir by Gregory Paul Capanda that pulls no punches in exposing the devastating cost of truth-telling in a system designed to silence the vulnerable. This is a story about survival, injustice, and the relentless fight for dignity when everything and everyone works to erase you.
The memoir chronicles Gregory’s harrowing journey through the darkest chapters of his life, beginning with a single night when his entire world collapses. What follows is a desperate struggle to stay sober while raising
his daughter Jenna alone, all while becoming entangled in the sinister web of Judy’s murder conspiracy case. Gregory’s fierce love for Jenna
becomes his lifeline, the one force that keeps him fighting even when the world tells him he has no right to exist.
Your First Look Inside Waiting in Exile
About Gregory Paul
Author • Father • Advocate for Change
Gregory Paul grew up in Detroit’s industrial sprawl a world of hard work, harder
mistakes, and the fight to rise again. His path took him from restaurant management to
welding, from addiction to sobriety, and from societal exile to philosophical reinvention.
After a life-altering conviction and years of isolation, Gregory turned inward — not to
escape, but to rebuild. His memoir, Waiting in Exile, lays bare the wreckage and resurrection of a man determined to reclaim his name and reconnect with his daughter.
Beneath the heartbreak lies a deeper current: a hunger to understand the very structure
of existence itself.
That drive culminated in his Quantum Convergence Threshold (QCT) — a first-principles
framework where physical collapse is governed not by observation or mysticism, but by
information itself. For Gregory, reality isn’t chosen; it converges. Consciousness doesn’t
create matter — matter defines consciousness.
Raw, reflective, and unafraid, Gregory Paul stands as both a cautionary tale and a
testament to persistence. His work — whether memoir or theory — speaks to anyone
who’s ever been broken by the system, betrayed by trust, or haunted by what might have
been.
